Harvest: manual in bins with selections of grapes through vineyard at the beginning of October. The harvest is delayed in order to over-ripen the grapes. This can lead to a formation of rots that we can manage by selecting the grapes.
Maturing: in small durmast barrels for 12-18 months.
Aging: in bottles for 6 months.
Wine character: deep ruby red colour; it is a wine with an intense and a characteristic smell. This wine is perfect for white meat and other kind of meat.
Alcohol content: 13,5%Vol.

Between the Mezzolombardo's mountain and the river Noce are located the precious "Due Vigneti" of Teroldego, from where we select the most ripen and sunlit bunch of grapes in order to obtain a wine which is suitable for being refined and left it grow old for 18 months inside small barrel of oak.
It is a wine with an intense and a characteristic smell.
